Job summary

Corel Consulting seeks a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects from job posting through candidate placement. You will work closely with clients and our team, refining descriptions, posting roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

As you build recruiting skills, client relationships, and ownership, you’ll grow into a Talent Consultant role, taking on more responsibility and providing strategic recruiting updates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Third‑party, agency, or consulting recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Good judgment and a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Claude/AI tools, ATS platforms, CRMs, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions.
• Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and clients moving through the process.
• Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements.
• Join client meetings and recruiting discussions.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts.
• Understand client needs and provide recruiting updates and recommendations.
• Keep Recruiterflow and internal trackers accurate and current.
• Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages.
• Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements.
