Corel Consulting is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects for small to mid-sized clients, guiding candidate flow from posting to placement. This role offers path to Talent Consultant within a collaborative, client-facing team.

Responsibilities include refining job descriptions, coordinating interviews, maintaining trackers, and providing recruiting updates to clients. Part-time, 1099 arrangement with flexible hours and a laptop provided.

Qualifications

2-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions.
Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions.
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and clients moving through the process.
Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements.
Join client meetings and recruiting discussions.
Build strong relationships with client contacts.
Understand client needs and provide recruiting updates and recommendations.
Keep Recruiterflow and internal trackers accurate and current.
Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages.
Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements.
