Job summary

Corel Consulting is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects from job posting through candidate placement, keeping processes organized and communicating with candidates and clients.

You will coordinate interviews, track feedback, and help identify strong talent for our clients, working with a small, collaborative team and growing into a Talent Consultant. This is a part-time 1099 role in Columbus with flexible hours and a laptop provided.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
Third‑party, agency, or consulting recruiting experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions
Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and clients moving through the process
Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements
Join client meetings and recruiting discussions
Build strong relationships with client contacts
Understand client needs and provide recruiting updates and recommendations
Keep Recruiterflow and internal trackers accurate and current
Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages
Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements
