Job summary

Corel Consulting is seeking a part-time Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects from posting through candidate placement. You will coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and keep both clients and candidates moving through the process.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in recruiting, strong communication, and a client-facing mindset. This 1099 role offers flexible hours and a path to becoming a Talent Consultant within a collaborative, small-team environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Third‑party, agency, or consulting recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions.
• Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and clients moving through the process.
• Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements.
• Join client meetings and recruiting discussions.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts.
• Understand client needs and provide recruiting updates and recommendations.
• Keep Recruiterflow and internal trackers accurate and current.
• Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages.
• Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements.
