Job summary

Corel Consulting is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects from posting to placement for small to mid-size clients. You will refine descriptions, post roles, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews while keeping processes organized.

In this role you’ll build relationships with clients and candidates, track progress, and help optimize recruiting workflows. There is a defined path to becoming a Talent Consultant, with ownership and strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Third-party, agency, or consulting recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Good judgment and a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working independently within a small, collaborative team.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Claude/AI tools, ATS platforms, CRMs, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions.
• Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and clients moving through the process.
• Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements.
• Join client meetings and recruiting discussions.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts.
• Understand client needs and provide recruiting updates and recommendations.
• Keep Recruiterflow and internal trackers accurate and current.
• Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages.
• Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements.
