Job summary

Corel Consulting is seeking a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects from posting to placement. You will coordinate interviews, refine descriptions, monitor pipelines, and maintain organized processes while communicating with candidates and clients.

This part‑time, 1099 role emphasizes independent work within a small team, with a defined path to becoming a Talent Consultant as you grow recruiting skills and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Experience with third‑party, agency, or consulting recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong client‑facing and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Good judgment and problem‑solving mindset.
• Able to work independently within a small, collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Claude/AI tools, ATS, CRMs and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions.
• Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and move candidates through the process.
• Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements.
• Join client meetings and recruiting discussions.
• Build relationships with client contacts and provide updates.
