Job summary

Corel Consulting seeks a Talent Coordinator to support recruiting projects from job postings through candidate placement, keeping processes organized and communicating with candidates and clients. You will coordinate interviews and help identify strong talent for our clients in a small, collaborative team environment.

This part-time, 1099 role offers flexible hours, a clear path to Talent Consultant, and the opportunity to grow client relationships while delivering practical HR and recruiting

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong client-facing and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with ATS, CRMs, and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Refine job descriptions, postings, and screening questions.
• Post open roles and monitor applicant flow and pipelines.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and client submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and clients moving through the process.
• Track feedback, next steps, and support offers and placements.
• Join client meetings and recruiting discussions.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts.
• Understand client needs and provide recruiting updates and recommendations.
• Keep Recruiterflow and internal trackers accurate and current.
• Manage recruiting workflows and candidate stages.
• Support reporting, metrics, and process improvements.
