Job summary

BioLife is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support role in the USA (NY - Latham). You will greet donors, screen donors, take vital signs, and help with center operations while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Training is provided and shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll work under the Plasma Center Manager, join a team focused on high-quality plasma collection, and contribute to a supportive patient-centered environment with predictable scheduling and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• 1+ year experience in customer/patient facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation; maintain records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes per procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
