Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong customer service and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and prioritize donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and fingerstick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate approved changes.
• Maintain a variable shift schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
