The role requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for shifts, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided and you will contribute to a life-saving plasma supply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Lift up to 32 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing equipment.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors entering/exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measures and enter data into DIS.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and manage compensation via Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational improvements.
