Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to support our center operations. You will interact with donors, screen eligibility, and maintain accurate donor records.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager, perform phlebotomy as needed, and help ensure safety and quality across shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided to start strong.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for shifts; lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role helpful.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with attention to safety.
• Screen donor eligibility and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
