Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and compensation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
