Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is hiring for a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy duties. You will greet donors, ensure safety, and manage donor records while supporting center operations. Training is provided to get you started.

Expected shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma is required, and prior customer-facing experience is helpful. Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bend, lean, stoop, crouch as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs on rare occasions and up to 32 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and returning donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist center operations.
• Support center processes and suggest improvements per approved procedures.
