Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor charts and compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose changes per procedures.
• Support donors across various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
