Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener to support center operations. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, and maintain donor records with a focus on safety and service.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to stand for long periods, and be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is paid and designed to help you start strong.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
