Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts for flexible part-time roles to serve children, adults and families. You will perform behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, supervise behavior technicians, and deliver direct treatment with data collection, graphing, progress reports and behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing required.
• LABA certification preferred where applicable.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience with children/adolescents/young adults on the autism spectrum or with developmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and deliver direct treatment.
• Document ongoing treatment including instructional programs, data collection, and progress reports.
• Develop behavior support plans and maintain graphing and analysis of data.
