Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to support clients with ABA-based instruction and behavior support plans, under the direction of a BCBA. The role is part-time and fee-for-service, with after-school and evening availability in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families, and reporting to the BCBA. Requires relevant education or certification and a compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 24 months’ experience with developmental disabilities or families.
• Associate degree or higher in human, social, or educational services with 12 months’ experience.
• RBT certification with 12 months’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA-based instruction.
• Monitor client behavior and collect data; report to supervising BCBA.
• Work with families to support meaningful changes in client behavior.
