Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a flexible fee-for-service, part-time role in Massachusetts. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise behavior technicians while ensuring thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA in good standing, have 2+ years in clinical settings with autism and related disabilities, and possess reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD with BACB coursework
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Two years of related clinical experience with autism/developmental disabilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Availability for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends

Responsibilities

Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide family consultations and trainings
Supervise behavior technicians
Direct treatment with focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior
Complete documentation including progress reports and behavior support plans
