Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team, delivering 1-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision for children aged 2-15. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support families in real-world settings to maximize progress.

This part-time role offers flexible evening/afternoon hours, paid training, and ongoing support in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically move with children during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Carry out any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
