Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, a national behavioral health organization, seeks Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide 1-1 treatment in clients' homes under BCBA supervision, contributing to life-changing outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

The role offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and a supportive work environment. Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children, strong communication skills, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds; other activities).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
• Fixed schedule Monday–Friday 3pm–7pm, some weekends.
• Compensation $20–$30 per hour.
