Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, home-based ABA therapy for children from birth to 21, in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours and paid training support your ability to deliver treatment plans in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children required.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move during sessions.
