Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-on-1 behavioral treatment in clients' homes, working with BCBAs to implement individualized plans. The role offers flexible part-time hours after school, paid training, and a supportive, team-oriented environment for families affected by autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress on treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Assist with safely managing activities including movement and positioning as needed.
