Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is hiring Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes under supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on compassionate, age-appropriate intervention for children from 2 to 15.

The position offers flexible part-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a national behavioral health organization. Strong communication and reliability are essential to help families achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Meet physical demands as children aged 2–15 are present during sessions.
• Follow BCBA/LBA guidance and other tasks as assigned.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 2:30pm–5:30pm.
