Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA therapy in home-based settings for children aged 2-21, under BCBA supervision. Role emphasizes compassionate interaction, data collection, and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with ability to commute to locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist children during sessions (standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Follow BCBA/LBA directives and schedules.
