Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team and support children with autism in home-based settings. You will work one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized treatment plans and collecting progress data.

The role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment. Prior experience is preferred, reliable transportation required, and HIPAA confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to locations.
• HIPAA confidentiality and data privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (lifting etc. as needed).
