Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes, Monday through Friday evenings. You will work under BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans for children from birth to 21 years, collecting data and supporting families in applying strategies at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience supporting children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation with ability to commute to assigned work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information per HIPAA and policies.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on applying treatment plans at home.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and Supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions and engage with children aged 2-15 years.
