Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across the United States. You will work under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable; clients rely on you.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with children and parents.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and others.
• Physically assist during sessions (standing, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
