Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct healthcare administrative experience or strong customer service skills.
• Experience performing clerical and administrative duties in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment records.
• Greet and assist patients; answer phones and assist callers with routine inquiries.
• Process patient billing forms and scan documents to electronic records.
• Handle patient check-in/out and related clerical tasks.
• May provide scheduling, registration, and billing system support as needed.
