Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support daily operations across serving lines and production areas.

You will assist in food preparation, setup lines, and ensure cold/hot food safety by following recipes and HACCP guidelines. The role requires teamwork and accurate daily records, with opportunities varying by state and position. The position is on-site, part-time, and payment depends on state and role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees

Responsabilités

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes; batch cook as required
• Operate equipment with proper certification (slicers, mixers, ovens, fryers)
• Keep work areas clean and organized; maintain FIFO inventory
• Maintain accurate daily production records and follow HACCP logs
