Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support serving lines, food prep, and general kitchen duties on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at the proper temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation according to menu plans and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification; maintain clean and organized work areas; practice FIFO and keep coolers stocked.
