Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to the menu plan and Opaa! recipes; batch cook and present attractively.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Maintain FIFO inventory; keep coolers and storage racks clean and stocked.
• Assist in compliance with HACCP, safety logs, and daily production records.
