Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our store team in a dynamic retail environment. You will warmly welcome clients, assist with their needs, and act as a brand ambassador while supporting social media engagement. The role requires accurate POS use, cash wrap maintenance, and efficient stockroom handling.

The position emphasizes fashion awareness, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience preferred in luxury retail service.
• Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Utilizes walkie talkie, reads price and product release sheets.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
