Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store success by delivering exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining an organized sales floor. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and involves lifting up to 25 lbs and handling stock from receipt to sale.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail, a good sense of fashion trends, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
