The Sales Support Associate role is essential to store success, delivering warm, efficient service at the cash wrap and maintaining a pristine sales floor. You will help with stock, merchandising, and customer engagement to reinforce brand standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and comfort with POS systems. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak seasons in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/laptop, POS, and walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer info where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
