Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Talent Solutions is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our internal staffing team across our family of communities. You’ll provide direct patient care, administer meds, monitor vitals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling, multiple shift options (4, 8, 10, 12 hours), and a compensation range of $38.00-$40.00 per hour with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor resident conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and care teams.
• Provide wound care and nursing procedures within scope.
• Educate residents, patients and families on plans.
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, patient-centered environment.
