Job summary

CaptionCall Installer/Trainer position with Sorenson Communications is focused on hands-on in-home training and setup for customers with hearing loss. You will train users to maximize phone features and promote the service while traveling to client sites as needed.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, plus opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment. High school diploma required; experience in hearing health and with seniors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to drive and travel as needed.
• Experience in hearing health field and with senior citizens is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to users.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer candidates to aid local installations and events.
