Sorenson Communications is seeking an Installer/Trainer for in-home training of CaptionCall phones. This part-time role involves hands-on setup, customer instruction, and promoting the service to users in their homes.

The position offers flexibility and potential career growth, with responsibilities including training, lead generation, and occasional travel. A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience in the hearing health field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable and punctual with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Generate referrals and lead opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates.
