The role involves assisting with onboarding of new hires in manufacturing, maintaining confidential records, ensuring compliance with COBRA/HIPAA/EEO/ERISA, and supporting HR reporting and events.

• Pursuing or recent graduate in HR, business or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior HR or administrative internship is a plus.
