• Plan and coordinate internal employee engagement events.
• Keep employee records and HR databases current and accurate.
• Support the preparation of HR reports and management documentation.
• Create badges for new hires and set up time clock systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
