Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support new hire onboarding by preparing orientation materials, completing employment documentation, and coordinating onboarding schedules.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
• Help coordinate employee training sessions, safety orientations, and professional development activities.
• Support benefits enrollment and employee wellness initiatives.
• Assist with organizing employee recognition programs, events, and engagement activities.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and direct more complex questions to HR staff.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information And Company Records. - Perform Other Administrative And HR-related duties as assigned.
