Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure fast, friendly transactions and manage checkout flow.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain merchandising standards and stock organization.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and schedule coverage.
