Job summary

Burlington Stores in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations, support associates, and keep the sales floor organized and ready to serve customers.

You will lead by example, manage checkout flow, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain safety standards and policies while delivering a fast, friendly shopping experience. Experience: 1+ years in retail preferred; nights, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate teammates.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Support daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ensure accurate transactions and resolve customer concerns when needed.
• Assist with merchandising and maintain organization in stock areas.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as assigned.
