Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Hagerstown is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive a positive shopping experience, support associates on the front end, and keep the sales floor organized and ready to serve customers.

This hands-on leadership role partners with store leadership to model Burlington’s customer-first values, manage checkout flow, resolve issues, and ensure operational accuracy while keeping nights, weekends, and holidays in the schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Experience supervising front-end operations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support front-end operations including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Ensure merchandise flow, stocking and stock areas organized.
• Perform opening or closing duties as assigned.
• Assist with proper scheduling of breaks and coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruptions.
