Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when needed.
• Ensure merchandise flow and store organization.
• Open/close duties and scheduling coverage.
• Troubleshoot register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with leadership to address service opportunities.
