Qualifications

• Minimum one year restaurant or retail experience or equivalent education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe certified; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Deliver great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Ensure accountability, integrity, and teamwork in daily operations.
• Schedule and manage staff to meet standards and guest needs.
