Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead a restaurant team to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure a safe, safe, and welcoming environment while upholding standards and procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
Must be able to work early morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Non-exempt management position with minimum 50 hours per week.
ServeSafe Certified.
