Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and manage the restaurant operations to deliver great food and friendly service. You will lead a strong team, drive safety and ready-to-serve meals, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
ServeSafe Certified
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and build a strong team to ensure great food and friendly service.
