Border Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead restaurant operations with accountability, integrity, and teamwork. You will oversee the entire restaurant, coach shifts, and ensure guests receive great food and a friendly experience.

You’ll manage schedules, drive performance, and develop your team through coaching and training, while upholding safety, quality, and cash handling standards in a fast-paced, family-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant/retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Proven track record of hiring and retention
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week
• ServeSafe Certification
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.

• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Schedule planning and staffing to meet service demands.
