Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values and lead the restaurant team to deliver great food and a friendly guest experience. You’ll oversee operations of the restaurant, build a strong team, and drive high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year(s) restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
