Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays; schedule may change.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager is responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team.

• Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for employees and guests.
• Drive fast and friendly service and maintain POS system integrity and pricing accuracy.
